Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Create QRcode subscriptions provided by Create QRcode. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription billing
Create QRcode offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business) billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page or the Stripe billing portal.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. You will continue to have access to your paid features until then.
- After the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
- On cancellation, your account is moved to the Free plan. Your existing QR codes continue to work, but plan limits (such as the number of QR codes and monthly scans) will apply.
3. Refunds
Because Create QRcode is a digital subscription service that provides immediate and continuous access to its features, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, as you retain access to the paid features for the full period. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of that paid period.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged more than once in error, or charged after you had already cancelled, we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
- Technical issues — if a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of your billing period and we were unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion.
- Recently renewed and unused — if your subscription auto-renewed and you contact us within 7 days of that renewal without having meaningfully used the paid features during the new period, we will consider a refund request in good faith.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at nirupamapaldev@gmail.com from your registered account email and include:
- The email address associated with your Create QRcode account;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- The reason for your refund request.
5. How refunds are processed
- We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
